Alhambra Hall is one of the most popular visits in Charleston and important to Charleston real estate thanks to its scenic view and large park.

Bride at Alhambra Hall Mt Pleasant SC Historic SiteIt is also a remnant of historic Mount Pleasant and located in the Old Village, in general a beautiful place. With the entire Charleston Harbor spread before you, it also offers a great place for kids in a large playground across from it.
In the spring and early fall this place is ideal with good temperatures and cooled by the sea breeze. Its tasteful grounds make it an excellent place to walk your dog, have a picnic, take a run or walk, and host events, such as weddings. The playground offers a good activity for a family, and it is close in proximity to some of the best eats in the town.
Sporting is well established in both Alhambra Hall and its close surroundings. Cycling is quite popular in Alhambra Hall and in the streets surrounding it, and a well kept tennis court and sports fields are within walking distance. This is one of the best places for an athletic person to visit, besides, of course, the beach.
The Old Village as a whole seems to be the most vibrant community in Mount Pleasant, probably brought about by its great age. It’s also one of most important neighborhoods in the Mount Pleasant real estate market. One of the most diverse neighborhoods, it is also a closely-knit community and is in close proximity to some of the oldest churches in the town. The Old Village is located off of Coleman Boulevard, which is one of the two arteries of Mount Pleasant, the other being Highway 17.

The Old Village is within close driving distance of Sullivan’s Island especially as well as Isle of Palms.
This part of Mount Pleasant is simultaneously some of the most economical and some of the liveliest communities we have. Every house seems to have its own character and you are within easy driving distance to the best restaurants of Mount Pleasant, many churches, and the acclaimed Whitesides Elementary and Moultrie Middle School. These make the location one of the best for any family.
